The signature authentication seal includes a set of labels which allows to bring additional security while signing official documents. It is stuck on each signature in order to authenticate them and avoid non certified copies.

Gen'étiq has developed a solution to ensure enhanced security for official documents.
This set of labels contains a QR code and a unique identification number. The signature authentication seal includes security cuts (the label tears when removed) and uniquely positioned fibers thus making it tamper-proof, not repositionable and not reproducible. It also includes a hologram and VOID (Techno-logic®, tamper evident)to maximize the security level. A message is revealed when removing the label.
Realizations
Gen'étiq developed a solution for cadastre in order to reinforce a better legal security regarding property. This solution consists of sticking a set of labels on each signature on official documents. These labels have the same QR code and unique identification number. This document can then be digitized and stored in the national data register.
The signature authentication seal includes different securities that render it tamper-proof and not reproducible: hologram, QR code, VOID, security cuts and uniquely positioned fibers.
This set of labels can easily and for less, be used for acts and other authenticated documents, for notaries, civil officials and bailiffs.
